Khloé Kardashian Admits She's Still Holding Out Hope for Her Relationship with Lamar Odom

Anything is possible when it comes to the Kardashians.

On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Lamar Odom made his first public appearance and Khloé Kardashian revealed that she and Odom's relationship can be mended.

The episode began with Kim Kardashian West asking Khloé if she and Odom were going to attend Kanye West's fashion show in New York City.

The 31-year-old was very hesitant: "New York is a very negative place for Lamar," Khloé admitted, adding that she knew how badly he wanted to go to the fashion show while confessing that she felt "a ton of anxiety" about it.

Khloé also acknowledged she and Caitlyn Jenner were still not talking.

"You can just say I'm sorry, it's not a sign of weakness," Khloé said of Jenner, 66. "I have so much going on in my life, I just don't need to deal with this."

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian was having her own issues with her ex Scott Disick partying with Kylie Jenner's boyfriend, Tyga.

She blamed the rapper for Disick's recent behavior and told Kylie, 18, that she really wanted to call him and go off on him.

"I don't know about going off on him, because he's very sensitive," Kylie said.

Later on, Kourtney said that she didn't want Tyga, 26, or Disick, 32, to come to the fashion show and made it very clear to Kim Kardashian West that she didn't want the drama (both ultimately didn't attend).

When it came time for the show in New York City, Kim told Khloé she'd had a long talk with Caitlyn about the situation, but her sister wasn't concerned about Caitlyn's feelings at the moment because of everything going on with Odom.

"I don't really care to see Caitlyn right now," Khloé said in an interview. "I feel very overwhelmed."
On the ride over to the show, Odom said it was "Kanye's day" and that Khloé shouldn't worry about him. But she remained very protective and told Odom, 36, that if he ever felt too overwhelmed they could leave the show.

When they arrived at the Yeezy show, they saw Caitlyn and hugged before the show as Caitlyn told Odom she loved him.

The ladies all walked out together, followed by the guys. When it came time for Kanye and Odom to walk out together, the entire arena went crazy and people started crying watching the former NBA star walk on his own after surviving a near-fatal overdose.

Once the show began, it was all about West, 38.

"Seeing Kanye's whole vision of his collection ... all of it blended together, it was a very cool and special moment," said Kim, 35.

After the show, Kourtney, 37, had a heart-to-heart with Odom in the car. She told him that people's prayers saved his life and asked him, "Do you have a new outlook on life?"

"I do," Odom said.

The final scene saw Kourtney, Khloé and Odom flying back to Los Angeles and discussing his second chance at life.

"God is good," Kourtney said and, while Khloé agreed, she also acknowledged she wanted Odom to understand that this second chance is very rare. She revealed that the day Odom was admitted into the hospital, the doctors told her that he had only four hours to live.

"I want him to be more afraid," Khloé said. "He is rare, this is like a second chance."

Before the episode ended, Khloé admitted there was still hope for her relationship Odom and that she would be willing to start over – but they'd have to cut the ties on their first marriage and figure it back out "because this one is tainted."
