Chris Brown Addresses arrest in Amsterdam over motorbikes

Chris Brown has taken to Instagram to explain the details of his run in and arrest by the police in Amsterdam over his motorbike escapade.

In two video clips shared via his Instagram page on Friday, June 10, 2016, the "Liquor" singer shared with his fans about the incident, while advising them to avoid driving motorbikes without license plates as he has learnt the hard way.

Speaking on one of the videos, Brown said:

"Public service announcement: Kids, do not ride motor vehicles without license plates

"Sorry, we just bought the bikes, forgot about the license plate. yeah. So, we’re handling the situation as is. The police are really nice about it man. I actually like the police out here. Cool as s***, for real.”

Reports had earlier revealed that the pop star and his friends went crazy, driving up and down Brown's Tarzana neighborhood on an ATV around 6 PM and making a hell of noise for his neighbors to complain multiple times.

Someone reportedly confronted Brown and threatened to call the cops if he didn't stop but Brown responded, "F*** you and f*** the cops."

Brown seems to be taking the heat quiet well, though he seems more subdued than he was when he was high on adrenaline from his rides.
