Flamini is expected to be released by Arsenal when his contract expires in the summer |
Arsenal veteran Mathieu Flamini has emerged as a target for Panathinaikos, according to reports.
The Frenchman is expected to leave the Emirates this summer when his contract expires, with boss Arsene Wenger unlikely to offer him a new deal.
And the Daily Express say Panathinaikos could be his next destination.
However, he will have to take a huge wage cut to join the Greek side as they would not be willing to pay his current £75,000-a-week salary.
