Cameron Borthwick-Jackson on verge of signing long-term Manchester United deal

Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is close to signing a new deal at Old Trafford

Manchester United youngster Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is on the verge of signing a bumper new deal with the club.

The left-back broke into Louis van Gaal’s first-team in late 2015 following Luke Shaw’s devastating double leg break.

The 19-year-old impressed supporters with his composed manner and United had been keen to tie the teenager down to a long-term contract.

Fellow Man Utd player, Marcus Rashford, signed a long-term deal with the club earlier this week and Borthwick-Jackson is on the verge of doing the same as Jose Mourinho aims to reinstate United to the top of English football.
