PRINCE-Reason behind late singer's lack of will, revealed

The reports state that the late music icon's finances and business affairs had been in chaos as he had distrusted most of the people he had worked with mostly because of their lack of experience.

Following the revelation that late singer, Prince had left no will prior to his death, a fact made known by his sister, Tyka Nelson, TMZ has now revealed the reason behind the lack thereof.

The reports state that the late music icon's finances and business affairs had been in chaos as he had distrusted most of the people he had worked with mostly because of their lack of experience.

Nelson had reportedly filed probate documents in Minnesota, asking a judge to appoint a "special administrator," who under the Minnesota law, is someone who is appointed when there is no executor named in a will.

TMZ also reports that in the last five years, it had been practically impossible to get Prince's signature on any document as some of his workers also reveal that he had a habit of ignoring their advice to make a will.

Sources also reveal that Prince had felt "screwed over" by people who had him sign deals in his younger years, which has made him "paranoid" whenever it comes to signing anything.

Prince is reported to have been so distrusting that he switched from lawyer to lawyer almost every year, and sometimes more often.

TMZ reports that a professional who had worked with the singer disclosed that Prince had called him out of the blue, asking to hire him.

The professional adds that he had asked Prince for his business files, only to be told, "I don't know, they're out there somewhere," revealing that he had never gotten the files.

Prince had also reportedly hired and fired a slew of professionals, with his most trusted advisers described as "beautiful, 20-something women, all models with no experience in anything."

All these factors had reportedly wrecked havoc on his life as well as his finances and business.
