  • Police are investigating a possible suicide at Apple's Cupertino headquarters.

The person was found dead in a conference room at the California campus on Wednesday morning, according to KTVU.

A Santa Clara County Fire Department spokesman told Daily Mail Online they were called to the scene after a Hispanic male employee suffered a wound to the head - but they could not elaborate on how the injury was caused.

TMZ reported that another person may have been involved.

Fire officials did not enter the building as they were called off by law enforcement.

They could not confirm the death and referred calls to the police.

The Santa Cara County Sheriff's office have said they have little details and would not say whether they thought the death was suspicious.

The death comes a day after the tech giant's stocks tumbled after their revenue declined for the first time in 13 years.

They also reported a fall in the sale of iPhones for the first time.
