Red Devils dealt blow in Harry Kane pursuit?
Tottenham are set to make Harry Kane their highest paid player in a bid to stave off interest from Manchester United.
Squawka claim Kane is expected to put pen to paper on a new £100,000-a-week contract at White Hart Lane after Euro 2016.
United and Jose Mourinho are said to be interested in signing the 22-year-old £50million-rated striker after another fine goalscoring season.
Kane won the Premier League golden boot with 25 goals this term, one more than England teammate Jamie Vardy and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero.
